TEHRAN – The head of Iran Chamber of Guilds has said the chamber is going to launch a system for assessing the performance of businesses across the country, IRIB reported on Saturday.

“A system will soon be launched where consumers can rate the behavior and performance of sellers,” Mojtaba Safaei said.

With the launching of this system, the physical inspection of trade unions and businesses will be reduced and customers can rate the seller's behavior, fairness or expensiveness, etc. by referring to this platform, the official explained.

According to Safaei, this system will be integrated into the businesses’ websites, and the consumers rate the seller or service provider. This rating can be used as kind of information and road map for the next people who want to buy from a specific store.
